If you are an artist or agent and would like to propose a concert or recital for inclusion in a future EMF please send a full proposal to the postal address above.

The proposal should include several different programme options, a full biography of the group / artist in question, an idea of fees, and a copy of a recent recording (preferably a commercially released compact disc — if this is not available, please send a professional-standard recording on a CD-R: if audio files are ripped in mp3 format, they should have a bitrate of 320kbps). It might be noted that the Festival is a charity with a limited budget, which requires flexibility from its artists with regard to fees in order to put on the wealth of music-making that we do.

Likewise, if you are a composer or represent a composer (of any period), and would like to recommend that your / the composer’s work appears in the Festival, please send full details, including a biography, list of works, and a copy of a recent recording (preferably a commercially released compact disc) of your / the composer’s work.

We regret that we cannot accept applications by email.
