Booking Conditions
1.1.Tickets cannot be refunded except on cancellation of an event by The English Music Festival. All sales are final.
1.2.1.The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to all Festival concert premises.
1.2.2.Late-comers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
1.2.3.Photography and the use of any video or audio recording equipment are prohibited.
1.2.4.Tickets are sold subject to the Festival's right to make any alterations to the artists, programme or any other advertised arrangements.
1.2.5.All tickets and discounts are subject to availability.
2.1.Dorchester Abbey is primarily a place of worship. It is not a concert hall, although it provides a wonderful setting for performances. Sound is generally good, but vision is restricted in some areas. Seating is unreserved so it is suggested that you arrive in good time for performances. The Festival cannot guarantee to provide patrons holding tickets with particular seats.
2.2.The same comments apply to performances at All Saints' Church, Sutton Courtenay.
2.3.Should the number of those attending any concert exceed the number of seats available at the venue the Festival reserves the right to turn away those without tickets. Seats will however be retained for those holding Festival Passes until ten minutes before the concert is due to start when they may be reallocated.
3.1.Ticket orders will be posted by first-class mail within a few working days of the order being processed. Please check your tickets as soon as they arrive.
3.2.Tickets ordered after the published closing date for posting will be held at the Box Office for collection.
4.1.The Festival maintains an electronic database of contact details and ticket information relating to its patrons. This information will not be shared without consent. This practice is within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act (1998).
